1. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, successful delivery relies on accurate information from the sender.
Delivery Areas: Dubai, Sharjah, Fujirah, Ras Al-khima , Ajman, Om Al-qeueen ,Abu Dhabi.
Sender Responsibility: It is the sender’s responsibility to provide the correct address and ensure the recipient is available.
Failed Deliveries: Refunds are not guaranteed if delivery fails because the recipient was unavailable or the address provided was incorrect.
Quality Guarantee: We are not liable for quality degradation caused by re-routing due to an incorrect address or improper handling by the recipient after delivery.
2. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable Costs: If a cancellation is attempted after dispatch, shipping fees and additional service charges (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.
3. Refund & Return Policy
A. Refunds Are Guaranteed When:
Incorrect items were delivered.
Items arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Substitute items were delivered due to unavailability of the original Chocoward product.
B. Refunds Are NOT Guaranteed When:
Items have already been delivered and accepted.
An incorrect delivery address was provided by the sender.
Delivery failed due to recipient unavailability.
Product quality issues were caused by improper handling or storage by the recipient.
Quality degradation occurred due to re-routing caused by an incorrect address.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Window: Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Resolution: Upon verification, Chocoward.ae reserves the right to either replace the product or issue a refund, at its sole discretion.
5. Refund Processing Time
Method: Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
Duration: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
